Industrial Electric Manufacturing in Surrey, BC, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day production within a defined value stream. You will oversee Team Leads and Operators, ensure protected operations, meet takt time, and drive KPI-aligned output in-office.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with Planning, Materials, Quality and Maintenance, enforce 5S and standard work, and support onboarding and coaching to raise performance.
