We are looking for a Field Manager to join our growing Team. Duties:* Chemical pricing & purchasing
* Chemical Inventory
* Confirm proper spray records.
* Confirm proper spray plans are given to operators and implemented.
* Crop scouting
* Crop Planning (crop varieties, locations,



acreage)
* Seed purchasing
* Fertilizer pricing and purchasing
* Irrigation & water taking recordings for water permits.
* Ensure necessary equipment is at the required locations and ready for field workers.
* Transport employees to medical appointments etc. as needed.
* Assist with Health and Safety concerns and practices.
* Purchase supplies & equipment (gloves, masks etc.) for field workers as needed.
* Help the team complete tasks as we focus on the goal of working together to have a successful year.
