AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide qualified nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting in Ontario. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and guide Personal Support Workers to meet each resident's care needs.
In this role, you will liaise with physicians and the health care team, monitor resident status, and participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care and resident wellbeing.
