• Provide specialized care in Peritoneal Dialysis and Wound Care
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients
• Educate patients and families on care practices
• Chart using Procura for accurate patient records
• Collaborate with a supportive nursing team and management
Requirements:
• Current registration with CNO and good standing
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Clear updated Vulnerable Sector Check
• BCLS certification (Level C) required
• Own stethoscope and blood pressure cuff
