Become the key contact for parts customers as an Inside Sales Representative located in Moncton, NB. This full time on-site position combines customer interaction and warehouse coordination for woodworking industry success.
As the Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you'll manage parts inquiries from Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces. You'll efficiently quote, process orders, and ensure timely delivery updates to customers. Collaborating with the Vice-President of Sales, you'll also flag sales leads and maintain accurate records in both the CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls for parts from various provinces
• Enter purchase and sales orders in Navision ERP




• Track supplier orders and update customers on delivery
• Direct inquiries and flag leads for Account Representatives
• Ship and receive machines, parts, and supplies
Requirements:
• Required experience in parts sales and customer service
• Shipping and receiving expertise
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
• Woodworking machinery knowledge is an asset
• Bilingual proficiency in English/French is a plus
