Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate all coaching staff and athletes
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director on program management
• Design competitive practice sessions tailored to athlete needs
• Communicate eligibility and conduct expectations to parents




• Maintain a safe environment for all participants during training
Requirements:
• Proven Head Varsity Coaching experience or equivalent
• Certification from the American Sport Education Program
• Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification necessary
• Knowledge of effective coaching methods for high school athletes
• Demonstrated commitment to student-athlete well-being and character development
