Develop your potential. Make a difference.

Are you a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians? At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference—expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve.

About Lifemark Physiotherapy View Royal

Located in the heart of View Royal, Lifemark Physiotherapy View Royal has been serving the community from this location for the past six years. We are a small clinic with a big heart and an even bigger impact in our community, bringing together Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, an RMT, an Acupuncturist, Psychologists and Counsellors, supported by a dedicated admin team.

Together, our team supports clients from a range of backgrounds and ages through vestibular physiotherapy, return-to-work rehabilitation, multidisciplinary treatment and mental health programs. Working across WorkSafeBC, ICBC, PCVRS, LTD and private-pay services, our shared focus is helping each client work toward their individual goals.

That same sense of support extends to our team. We have an experienced and friendly group that values respect, flexibility and supporting one another, while encouraging a healthy work-life balance. We also make time to connect beyond the day-to-day through quarterly team lunches and celebrations for birthdays, milestones and other moments throughout the year.

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up,

meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Are you the right fit?

We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:

- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Skilled liability insurance (as required).

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
