The role focuses on gold standard medical care, client education, and collaboration with veterinarians. Cross-training in Surgery/Anesthesia, Oncology, and Internal Medicine may occur as needed.

The RVT will contribute medical expertise, mentor others, and advocate for growth opportunities within a supportive, development-driven hospital culture.
