We currently have a role as an Lead Full Stack Product Engineer - Enterprise Modernization with our large consulting client, working for a large modernization project for a public sector, crown corporation in the Montreal area.

Role: Lead Full Stack Product Engineer - Enterprise Modernization

Type: Permanent or Long Term Contract

Location: Hybrid - Montreal, QC -(2/3 days per week onsite)

Salary: Base salary ranges from $120,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience) + 9% bonus + 4-5 weeks paid vacation + 6% RRSP matching + benefits + sick/personal day + cell phone allowance + discounts for public transit and may other perks

Contract Pay Rate: $90 - $110/hr (freelance/incorporated)

Contribute to the incremental modernization of legacy applications by participating in the analysis, development, refactoring and integration of new application components into target architectures.

Responsibilities

- Understand the existing application and its business area.
- Carry out the refactoring and modernization of components.
- Develop new services and features.
- Participate in integrations with internal and partner systems.




- Contribute to test automation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery pipelines.
- Perform functional, integration and performance testing.
