Appliance Repair Team is a growing home service company providing professional appliance repair services across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in repairing major household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.

Our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and professional service while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from the first call to the completed repair.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team and support our daily service operations.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will help coordinate service appointments and ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests
- Schedule and dispatch technician appointments
- Coordinate technician schedules and daily service routes




- Maintain accurate records of appointments and service tickets
- Provide clear and professional communication with customers and technicians

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using computers and phone systems
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, reception, or office administration is an asset, but not required (training provided)

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commute to Concord, ON
