Key Responsibilities

- Identify clients needs and recommend solutions through upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound communication.
- Prepare and manage client quotes.
- Process orders, take payments and counter sales.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Coordinate complex drop shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issue.
- Maintain accurate records in Client Relationship Management Software (CRM), including opportunity tracking and client data.
- Set up new client accounts and manage client contact information.
- Develop product knowledge to effectively support clients.
- Assist Outside Sales team with client visits and trade events.

Experience

- Experience in Sales, or similar roles.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Telecommunication (considered an asset).

Skills

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple task in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with proactive attitude.




- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

What do we have to offer?

- Compensation base salary between $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and education.
