Sterling Ford is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong product knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive parts advisor

- Ford parts experience strongly preferred :

- Bilingual (French and English) - required :

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation :

- Annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $72,000 , based on experience

- Additional individual monthly bonuses for:

- Over-the-counter parts sales

- Wholesale parts sales per advisor

Schedule :

- Full-time, daytime position :

- Hours :7:00 AM to 5:00 PM :

- One Saturday per month

Significant : Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
