Automotive Sales Representative (Hourly + Bonuses)

Need A Car (Toronto Auto Group) is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives for our Thunder Bay location. This role is ideal for motivated, reliable sales professionals who want stable hourly income plus solid bonus upside , with clear expectations and structure.

This position is hourly + flat-rate bonuses (not commission-only).

COMPENSATION

- Hourly pay for actual hours worked on-site :

- Significant bonus upside , including:

- Monthly Vehicle Plus bonuses

- Quarterly performance bonuses

- Annual performance bonuses

- Bonuses are retroactive once volume thresholds are achieved

WORK SCHEDULE

- Rotating two-week schedule - Every 2nd Saturday off
- When scheduled to work Saturday, you receive one weekday off

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries
- Book and manage appointments
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow the company sales process and CRM requirements
- Post vehicles online as required
- Work closely with management to structure deals

ACTIVITY & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

To qualify for bonuses, sales staff must consistently complete:

- Phone calls
- Text messages




- Online Vehicle Postings
- Sale Volume

TIME & ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

- Clock in on arrival and clock out on departure :

- Paid only for time required to be on-site

- Late arrivals, early departures, or missed shifts result in reduced pay

- Leaving the dealership during a shift requires signing out and back in

- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
