Dentalcorp seeks a skilled Bilingual IT Support Specialist to serve as a trusted first point of contact for corporate users and dental practices across Canada. You will handle deskside, remote, and service desk requests in English and French, resolving incidents with a focus on security and user satisfaction.

Based at the Toronto Support Centre, this in office role Monday to Thursday with Fridays work-from-home, offering growth in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.
