What You’ll Do

- Lead the kitchen team by example, fostering a collaborative workplace where everyone feels valued and motivated to produce exceptional food.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation,



and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability.

- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen meets all compliance standards.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
