An RV Sales Person drives dealership revenue by guiding customers through the entire buying process, from prospecting and, product demonstration to, closing, and vehicle delivery. Key duties include maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI), managing inventory, and using CRM tools, with a focus on meeting sales targets

JOB RESPONSIBILITEIS :

- Sales Process Ownership : Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting inventory, negotiating, and delivering units.
- Product Expertise : Demonstrate RV features and benefits to customers while staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and manufacturer certifications.
- Customer Relationship Management : Utilize CRM software to manage leads, follow up with potential buyers, and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Inventory & Reporting : Review, update, and manage inventory; prepare daily/monthly reports for sales management.
- Target Achievement : Actively work to meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and unit volume targets.
- Dealer Collaboration : Work with financing, insurance,



and service departments to ensure a smooth, comprehensive customer experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience : Previous experience in sales (automotive, boat, or RV preferred).
- Communication : Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Technology : Familiarity with CRM software and inventory systems.
- Motivation : Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work weekends/evenings as required by a retail environment.

Physical and Other Requirements

- Mobility : Ability to walk the lot, demonstrate RVs (including climbing stairs/ladders), and, conduct test drives.
- Licensing : Valid driver's license and transportation

All other jobs as requested by management at their discretion.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
