BDC Representative - Automotive Dealership (In-Office)

Location : 1300 Dominion Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 8G7

Schedule : Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM 45-minute lunch break ( In-office role - attendance required )

About the Role

We are hiring a high-energy BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to support our dealership sales team and ensure deals move smoothly from lead to delivery.

This role requires daily calling, follow-ups, lead reactivation, CRM accuracy, and online engagement. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Call inbound and outbound leads in real time :

- Collect customer information and accurately enter all details into Dealertrack :

- Post vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace :

- Reply to Facebook comments and messages promptly

- Follow up with old leads and reactivate inactive customers

- Take clear photos of vehicles and share them with customers

- Drive vehicles when required (e.g., tire changes, service runs, drop-offs, returns)

- Coordinate with sales and management to keep deals organized and moving forward

- Support the sales team with daily administrative and customer-related tasks

Required Skills & Experience





- Experience in BDC, telemarketing, or automotive sales support :

- Strong phone presence with clear and confident communication

- CRM discipline and accurate data entry skills

- Comfortable managing high call volumes and follow-ups

- Experience posting and responding to leads on Facebook Marketplace :

- Understanding of lead nurturing, reactivation, and follow-up strategies

- Strong time management and multitasking ability

- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals smoothly

Requirements :

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License :

- Valid VSA License (required) :

- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, in office :

- Reliable, punctual, and skilled

Compensation

- $3,000/month base salary :

- Bonus on closed deals :

- High performers can earn up to $5,000/month :
