HUB International is seeking an Account Assistant to support the account management workflow in a cooperative brokerage environment. You’ll process certificates, endorsements, and client documents in a timely manner within service standards, and help maintain Epic records and rate histories.

The role emphasizes strong administrative skills, teamwork, and proactive client service. RIBO is an asset; 1–2 years of insurance experience preferred; Ontario location with standard benefits included.
