Bridgewater Pharmasave is committed to excellence in customer service and providing options for customers wishing to safely remain in their homes as they get older. Our department is growing and you would be working with four very experienced team members who are keen to share their expertise and knowledge.

This role manages customer relationships by listening to what the customer would like to achieve either in their home or within their health journey and making informed suggestions about products or services that could meet their goals. Once decisions are made, the items would be delivered, installed and training provided to the customer. As we service what we sell, troubleshooting and repairs are also an integral part of this role.

This role will also manage vendor relationships, price negotiations and promotions, sales and margin results, and ensure product offerings are meeting customer needs. Working within the Home Health Care team, this associate will play a key role in driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Manage assigned product categories, including product selection, rationalization and lifecycle maintenance
- Monitor sales, margins and inventory levels; make recommendations for adjustments to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Source recent products and evaluate potential suppliers
- Identify sales trends,



customer preferences and market opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth
- Merchandising execution
- Expert knowledge of inventory items
- Deliver, install, service and repair inventory
- Build and maintain strong, compassionate customer relationships
- Collaborate positively with Home Health Care and other store employees

Accountability for personal performance

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in retail home health care
- Experience with home repairs, construction, electrical or electronic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of manual and power tools
- Strong common-sense skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patience and empathy when working with the public
- Clean driving record

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
