Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand customer base and promote new products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through account management strategies
- Identify opportunities for business development to increase store revenue
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
- Provide technical product information and support during customer inquiries, especially in technology or technical sales sectors
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or B2B sales preferred




- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Experience with account management and business development techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to retail environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
- Technical knowledge related to the products or services being sold is a plus
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
