Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a key part in expanding our market presence through effective account management and strategic sales initiatives. Fluency in English and experience with machinery technology sales are highly desirable. Duties

- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management
- Conduct negotiations to close deals that align with company goals and client needs
- Assist in business development efforts by researching market trends and identifying potential clients
- Support marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions




- Collaborate with technical sales teams to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and customer needs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a skilled demeanor
- Business development experience with a focus on expanding market reach
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology or product sales is a plus

Pay: $39,216.40-$68,707.90 per year
