What You’ll Do:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Set daily and weekly performance goals and hold reps accountable.




- Coach in-field on effective door-to-door sales strategies and communication.
- Oversee customer enrollments and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Track team performance metrics and drive consistent improvement.
- Recruit and help develop future leaders within the organization.

What It Takes:

- Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience (required). :

- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

- Leadership mindset with strong coaching and communication skills.

- High energy, competitive drive, and professionalism.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation highly recommended.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
