F45 Port Credit is seeking a high-energy, people-first qualified to join our team in a hybrid Coaching & Sales role . This position is ideal for someone who understands fitness deeply and knows how to confidently guide prospective members through a thoughtful, relationship-driven sales process.

You’ll split your time between coaching on the floor and driving membership growth behind the scenes —connecting with leads, building rapport, and converting interest into long-term members. This is not a “script-only” sales role or a coaching-only position; we’re looking for someone who excels at both.

Coaching Responsibilities (In-Studio)

- Lead high-energy F45 group training sessions with confidence, clarity, and motivation
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide regressions/progressions for all fitness levels
- Prepare in advance by reviewing daily programming, videos, and notes
- Stay fully engaged with members throughout the entire 45-minute workout
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and community-driven studio culture
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Sales Responsibilities (Hybrid / Remote + In-Studio)

- Confidently guide prospects through the sales process, from inquiry to conversion
- Manage a high volume of leads at varying levels of interest with strong follow-up discipline
- Maintain organized tracking and timely communication so no opportunity is missed
- Build genuine rapport by understanding each lead’s goals, concerns, and objections
- Collaborate with ownership to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings to review performance and initiatives





What We’re Looking For

- Certified fitness professional with experience in group training or personal training
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience , ideally in fitness, wellness, or service-based industries
- Strong communication skills—confident, personable, and persuasive without being pushy
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people take action toward their goals
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team objectives
- Leadership mindset with interest in growth opportunities (Studio Manager, Head Trainer, etc.)

Required Certifications & Qualifications

- Group training or personal training certification (CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR-C / AED & First Aid (current)
- Personal Trainer Insurance (current)
- Ability to reliably commute to Mississauga, ON
- Sales experience is a robust asset and eligible for bonus/commission structure
