Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating your own sales by speaking directly with homeowners who may need exterior cleaning services, including:

- Exterior window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Vinyl siding soft washing
- Oxidation removal
- Driveway and patio surface cleaning
- Full exterior home cleaning packages

Once you sell the work, you will also help perform the service to the highest ECC standard. This means you are not just a salesperson. You are a closer, operator, problem-solver, and service professional.

Compensation

You will be paid $20/hour for your first two training homes while you learn the ECC sales and service process.

After the training period, the position moves to 25% commission on sales you personally generate .

The better you communicate, sell, serve, and execute, the more you can earn.

There is also room for fast advancement for the right person. If you prove you can sell, lead, and operate with integrity, there will be opportunities to grow into higher responsibility and leadership within the company.

Schedule

You can set your own schedule, but this position requires a serious commitment.

You must be available to work 5 days out of every 7 days .

This gives you flexibility, but also requires consistency, discipline, and accountability.

- Speaking directly with homeowners about their exterior cleaning needs
- Generating leads and closing sales
- Quoting exterior cleaning jobs professionally
- Performing the services sold with care and excellence
- Communicating clearly with customers
- Representing ECC with confidence and respect
- Keeping equipment organized and work areas clean
- Taking ownership of your results
- Working outdoors and staying physically active
