Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Brand Ambassador/Fundraisers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement who can handle objections confidently and communicate with empathy. You’ll be representing well-known charitable causes while building lasting donor relationships that make a measurable impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute fundraising/Brand Ambassador campaigns to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Engage with members of the public in residential and community settings to build awareness and secure long-term donors.
- Communicate the mission and values of our partnered charities clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to refine campaign strategies.
- Provide exceptional service to donors,



ensuring every interaction is positive and transparent.
- Stay informed about current campaigns, partner organisations, and fundraising best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure.
- Professional attitude with a passion for making a difference.
- Availability to work between 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM , Monday - Friday.

Preferred :

- Background in marketing, customer acquisition, or community outreach.
- Experience using CRM or database systems.
- Interest in charitable and non-profit work.
- Vehicle is not required for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation :

- Fundraisers/Brand Ambassadors are compensated from a large marketing budget provided by our charity clients.

- Per-diem safety-net pay + commission + performance bonus. :

- On average, new representatives secure 2-3 donors per day , earning approximately $800 - $1,000 per week after training. :
