Customer Service Account Representative

Job description : PDI Bulk is looking for a detailed-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Account Representative to work in a fast-paced environment for our Guelph location!

Key Responsibilities :

- Process orders in a fast-paced setting, accuracy is a must.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
- Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Requirements and Qualifications :

- High school diploma required.
- Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks.
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred.
- MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset.




- Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively.
- Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write).

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
- TMW, Synergize & People Net programs: 1 year (preferred)
