We are hiring full-time Entry-Level Sales Representatives to meet with customers and explain Rogers telecommunications services. TSM G is looking for sales reps to help new and existing customers open new accounts and upgrade TV, wireless, and internet services

Experience: No previous sales experience required, training provided

Responsibilities :

- Present Rogers telecommunications services to customers in person
- Explain available service options and answer basic customer questions
- Assist customers with new service opportunities and upgrades
- Follow a structured sales, training, and coaching process
- Work toward daily and weekly activity and performance goals
- Track customer interactions, progress, and results
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism while representing Rogers services and TSM G

- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing positions
- General knowledge of wireless phones and internet

Requirements :

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Available full-time
- Comfortable working in an in-person sales and customer service environment
- Able to communicate professionally with customers
- Able to pass a background check, if selected
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance
