Key holder/ Sales associate

Duties :

- CALLING ALL FASHIONISTAS!!!!

Trend has TWO part time positions available Monday and Tuesdays two days a week!!

Saturday and Sundays two days a week, weekend help!!

- Do you love fashion and have knowledge of Women's brands? if you do, we have the perfect job for you!
- Do you work well on your own? Do you excel at customer service? - Must have knowledge of Womens brands and label clothing.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the retail store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise retail staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive store appearance.
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers.




- Collaborate with the store owner to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.

Requirements :

- MUST, MUST, MUST have knowledge of todays Womens fashions and labels!
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus.
