Key Responsibilities

- Build design estimates for customers in a highly efficient and accurate manner using our in-house design software.
- Support customers and Home Depot associates with product and installation support, quote building, replacement parts and through troubleshooting issues with a clear, customer centric and timely approach.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Experience, Traits and Qualifications

- Possess at least two years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.




- Passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers, with a positive, professional and efficient approach.
- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills, able to wear multiple hats and take on a variety of tasks to support day-to-day operations and needs of our customers
- A self-starter, an efficient and accountable contributor, a collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), bilingual in French/English is considered a strong asset but not required
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekday and weekend shifts, to support the operational needs of the business. Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST.

Compensation : Starting from $24/hour based on experience.
