Position Overview

We are currently seeking our next Customer Service Specialist (Seasonal Full-Time) to join our successful and fast-paced team.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Educate customers on our lawn care programs and services
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and confidently via phone
- Process sales orders and verify customer information
- Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks




- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Support internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma required; Certificate or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a quick-paced, results-oriented environment
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
