Overview Our Mississauga client in the logistics industry is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative. This position will be in office located near Dixie/Hwy 401.

Working Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $20/hr

Employment Type: Temporary possibly to Permanent

Key Responsibilities :

- Communicate with customs brokers to ensure issues are resolved for shipment clearance.
- Communicate with brokers and providing required information/documentation for shipments.
- Maintain and update information in Truckmate, AS400 and Descartes.
- Prepare and submit various reports.
- Produce ACI/ACE manifests.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in customer service and/or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.




- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong computer skills and a quick learner.
