Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Home Support Supervisor in Squamish, BC. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with supervisory experience. Responsibilities include managing care plans for acute and chronic clients, assessing service eligibility, and coordinating community resources. This position offers a competitive salary of CAD $34.20 to CAD $42.79 per hour, along with comprehensive health benefits and opportunities for career development. Valid BC Class 'V' Driver's License is required.
