A tech support company is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide hardware and software support to employees and recent hires. The role involves troubleshooting issues across Windows and Macintosh platforms, managing inventory, and enhancing customer service. Candidates should have 3–5 years of IT experience, technical training, and excellent organizational skills. MCP or A+ certifications are preferred. The position requires travel and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is an onsite position located in Brampton, ON.
