Duties

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems VoIP phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Enter and update case information in dental laboratory software
- Dispatch pickup requests to drivers
- Transfer calls to supervisors and department personnel as required
- Ensure all incoming calls are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to dental offices and clients
- Maintain organized filing systems, invoices, and correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents




- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette

Pay: $220.00 per day
