Job Summary

Duties

- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive at the office.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits using office software.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in our EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Provide information about services offered, medical terminology, and office policies to patients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a medical setting at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems; experience.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
