Duties

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs using cake decorating techniques.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and packaging products for sale or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food products safely following proper food handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions.
- Ensure all baked items are properly packaged for retail or catering purposes.




- Follow recipes accurately and adapt to special requests or dietary restrictions as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are preferred.
