Solina Canada is seeking an experienced R&D; Supervisor to lead its Toronto-based research and development efforts. You will manage a team of Food Scientists, drive product innovation from concept through commercialization, and align projects with regulatory and customer requirements.

In this role you will collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Production and Supply Chain to optimize processes, ensure HACCP compliance, and deliver value-added food solutions for North
