* A supportive team that values quality and professionalism## What you will doAs a Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician, you will travel to scheduled appointments throughout Greater Victoria and provide professional cleaning services in customers’ homes and businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning carpets, upholstery, area rugs and related surfaces
* Setting up and operating professional cleaning equipment
* Driving a company vehicle to scheduled appointments
* Providing friendly and respectful customer service
* Managing daily schedules and job requirements
* Completing scheduled work efficiently without compromising quality
* Performing light maintenance on cleaning equipment
* Representing Greenway with professionalism, care and a positive attitude## What We Are Looking ForThe right person will be dependable, organized and comfortable working independently throughout the day.

* A willingness to learn Greenway’s systems, standards, products and equipment## Experience and Qualifications* Previous carpet cleaning experience is preferred
* Two or more years of carpet cleaning experience is considered an asset
* Experience in labour, trades, moving, detailing, cleaning or other hands-on work will also be considered
* A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required
* Applicants must be able to provide a current criminal record check
* Applicants must meet Greenway’s bondability requirements
* IICRC certification is considered an asset## Compensation and BenefitsExpected compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 per yearCompensation is commission-based with a minimum guarantee. Actual earnings will depend on experience, performance and completed work.
