Service Manager - Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC

Old Mill Cadillac is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and team-driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is an excellent chance for a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and driving departmental performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Service Department
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and technicians to achieve departmental goals
- Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and repair quality
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong CSI performance
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee warranty administration and compliance with manufacturer policies
- Maintain compliance with all provincial and federal regulations

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years Service Management experience in an automotive dealership





- GM experience considered an asset :

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty processes, and technician productivity

- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with clean abstract :

- Proficient with dealership systems and Microsoft Office
