Overview

ETR TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR is an established Heavy-Duty repair shop located in Red Deer, we are looking for a friendly and driven individual to join our team as a Service/Parts Advisor!

Primary Responsibilities :

- Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received




- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Ordering parts as required by the technician

Qualifications

- 1-year minimum experience in Heavy Duty Shop or Parts industry is required
- Experience with Shopview or Fullbay is an asset
- Working knowledge of Heavy Duty Trucks & Trailers
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- Ability to multi-task and function under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in their work and has the desire to see a job through

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
