Overview

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve performance goals
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
- Manage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through effective marketing and customer service initiatives
- Handle payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor sales data for reporting purposes
- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising techniques,



and sales management tools
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and maintain detailed records
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a team-oriented workplace
- Strong math skills for bookkeeping and financial analysis
- Time management skills to ensure efficient daily operations in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
