The Partnership Manager will work closely with corporate clients, property managers, construction companies, event organizers, and other organizations requiring security services.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and develop new partnerships with businesses requiring security services.
- Build relationships with property management companies, construction firms, retail centers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term service contracts.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote company services.

Partnership Management

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and partner organizations.
- Ensure partners receive high-quality service and support.

Sales & Contract Negotiation

- Present security service solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

- Monitor client satisfaction and address service concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure service quality.




- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.

Market Expansion

- Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in new sectors such as events, construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential complexes.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales :

- Experience in security services, facilities management, or service industry preferred :

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
