We are a small and growing natural soap company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Assistant to support both our production process and online order fulfillment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a small business environment. You’ll help make and package our products, as well as prepare online and wholesale orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

Production

- Assist with soap production and pouring batches
- Cutting, trimming, and packaging finished soaps
- Labeling and preparing products for sale

Order Fulfillment

- Receive and process online orders
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Prepare wholesale orders

Inventory & Organization

- Monitor and track product inventory
- Help restock supplies and packaging materials
- Maintain an organized workspace and storage area

Qualifications

- Reliable and punctual
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail




- Comfortable with hands-on production work
- Able to lift up to 25-30 lbs
- Basic computer skills for order processing and shipping
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment

Schedule

- 2-3 weekdays per week to start
- Versatile schedule during weekday production days
- Potential for additional hours as the business grows

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.0 - 22.5 per week
