Assist the fire alarm technicians with inspections, repairs documentation of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems within local school board.

Evening shifts until the summer then moving to days during the summer months.

Requirements : Valid driver’s license required

Must be well organized

Confident use of computers, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills

Works well alone or with others.

Some work may require heavy lifting

Police check will be required upon hiring

Assets : Experience with electrical an asset.

Confident with use hand tools

Excellent work safety record, conscious of a protected working environment.

WHIMIS, Lock-out tag-out, fall arrest, first aid certifications are all assets

Job Types : Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 4 months

Salary : From $19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
