What a Typical Week Looks Like

- Managing bookkeeping for multiple clients across different industries
- Reconciling accounts and keeping financials clean and accurate
- Communicating directly with clients to resolve questions and requests
- Preparing GST/HST filings and supporting payroll processing
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close
- Supporting your team and the accountant when needed

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financials)
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledgers
- Processing GST/HST and payroll taxes accurately
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing
- Managing multiple client files and deadlines
- Supporting personal and corporate taxes when required

What You Bring

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (public practice preferred)




- 2+ years of QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) experience
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Solid understanding of GST/HST, payroll, and bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
