About the Role

Van Boekel Landworks Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing operations. This role will be employed through Van Boekel Landworks but will also assist with financial administration across a small group of related businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in clean financials, and can confidently manage multiple sets of books with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities using QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll and ensure accurate remittances (CPP, EI, WSIB)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare and file HST returns
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with internal reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants for year-end and compliance
- Support general administrative and financial operations as needed

What We’re Looking For





- Proven bookkeeping experience (construction or multi-entity experience is an asset)
- Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of Canadian payroll, HST, and basic accounting principles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
