R.W. Tomlinson Limited is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Service Desk and End User Computing team in Ottawa. You will support employees across offices, field locations, and plants, handling devices, applications, and user accounts in a contemporary Microsoft 365 environment.

The role is on-site at our Ottawa location with local travel to field sites. You will deploy and manage devices, assist with onboarding, and enforce security and MFA practices while delivering high-quality user
