The Associate Director supports the Director in leadership, administration, and delivery of child intervention and family enhancement programs for Tsuut'ina Nation Child and Family Services Society. Working within Tsuut'ina culture and under CYFEA, the role provides operational leadership, staff supervision, and strategic support to ensure services meet legislation, policy, and qualified standards.

The position collaborates with departments and community partners to strengthen culturally
