We are looking for a robust, experienced Working Shop Foreman who is ready to take ownership of a well-run automotive repair shop. This is a hands-on leadership role for a true professional who knows the trade, leads from the front, and takes pride in running an organized, productive shop.
If you have 10+ years of experience in both dealership and aftermarket environments and are tired of poor management, disorganized workflow, or limited opportunity, this position is worth a serious look.
What You Will Do
- Run the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Work hands-on as a foreman while leading by example
- Control and improve shop workflow and productivity
- Train, teach, and mentor an apprentice
- Ensure all repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Hold the team to a high standard of quality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years automotive technician experience (required) :
- Experience in both dealership and aftermarket shops
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability
- Confidence to manage workflow and make decisions
- Pride in your work and your shop
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools required
