Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily use of WMS and client WMS system.

- Ability to validate work in process consumption and reconcile finished goods production and report to management.

- Audit daily PTS reports to validate consumption, production and damaged goods.

- Perform daily ticket maintenance using client WMS systems

- Maintain daily reclass of in/out reporting of WIP and finished goods.

- Manage new item setup for Strive and client.

- Manage the transfer of variances from weekly reports to the SAP Variance sheet along with the investigations.

- Communicate SAP variance by notifying management and client of the variances for the week.

- Manage the export of the weekly production and enter the Sales Orders into WMS.

- Perform daily, weekly and month end reporting.

- Perform additional operational support duties to include financial reporting, finished goods inventory reporting, corrugate inventory reporting, physical inventory support as needed.

- Perform Accounts Payable reconciliation and 3-way match.

- Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

- One to two years' experience in an office/warehouse environment.

- Knowledge of SAP a plus.

- Possess ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

Required Skills :

- Work under pressure.
- Adjust to immediate changes.
- Work in a team environment.
- Must be Proficient in Excel, Word

Schedule: Qualifications, Skills and Attributes :

- One to two years' experience in an office/warehouse workplace.
- Must work independently and Energic to work
- Knowledge of SAP
- Must be able to work in a warehouse setting
- Possess ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
- Work well with management and subordinates.
- Must be Proficient in Excel, Word

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
